Where is the original "Long Live the New Flesh"?

So often we see this happen. A band or artist are separated, from their master recordings, by contractual language. Then the band or atist re-records the material; and it only serves to make fans pine, for the original versions. It appears as though "Long Live the New Flesh" is out of print; but I can't confirm that. What I can say for sure is that these FfL re-recordings, while they were produced with some energy, they aren't quite as good as the original versions. This is not one of those typical, angry demands that iTunes "get it right" and "stop ripping us off". It would just be cool if they could somehow offer the original version, of "Long Live the New Flesh" as well. How 'bout it iTunes? Any chance of that happening?

Where is I Go Crazy

How do you have a Best of without the biggest song? I Go Crazy defined this band. Right now iTunes is forcing people who want the song to buy a soundtrack to some 80s B Movie (I refuse to name it). This is total bull - give us our song iTunes!

Long Live the New Flesh, indeed!

It's been a long time since Flesh For Lulu released Postcards from Paradise. But back in the 80s, there wasn't a better post punk song. Now re-recorded, matched with a fantastic re-recording of the much under-rated Sleeping Dogs, the "Best of..." boasts two of the finest songs written for the John Hughes generation. In addition, a real treat is to find "Avenue" - a classic - from the hard to find, but absolutely wonderful album, Plastic Fantastic. Thanks Itunes, and thanks Flesh for Lulu for making this album available.
