Good Sounds

You'll be glad you got it. Good sound; good bass. You can actually hear the melodies, uninterrupted by endless sax solos with endless improvisations. While some musical snobs may mourn using synthesizers and whatever else it took Walter Wanderley to make this record, its great music, melodious, enjoyable, and absolutely the best swing organ music I've ever heard---and I can't get enough of it.

Makes me want to go traveling

Walter Wanderley is great! Listening to songs in this album makes me feel like in a luxury buffet restaurant or banquet or something similar...I really like it.

Walter Wanderley was a talented and gifted organist with an acute ear for new harmonies. With 46 recorded solo albums in his entire career, both in Brazil and the U.S., he reached number 26 on the Billboard pop charts in September 1966, opening a large pathway of success only menaced by himself and his complex character. Ten years after his death from cancer, with a new fad coming, he was repackaged by the entertainment industry as a mere lounge player, carrying his record sales even further and...
