Classical Music Meets Technology. Both Win.

Sure, Zoe does some post-processing of the sound. But oh, that sound! Every sound generated by her and her cello. No pickups. Just mics. This is what happens when a virtuoso musician and computer wizard decides to combine those two parts of her life. Don't think this is techno. The technology is there, sure, but it's a servant of the music. This is a great introduction to Zoe's music.

Cellos and cellists are unsung heroes.

I'm a sucker for any song from any genre that includes the cello. There is something about any song with a cello that gives it instant appeal. I was introduced to Zoe through the soundtrack of "Ghost Bird". It was quite moving and I knew I had to hear more. I'm glad I found Zoe Keating.

Listen to this music in the snow.

It does not matter how miserable If a snowfall is outside, you just have to listen to this music and go out in it. I recommend Legions (reverie).
