Earthier, Deeper and Bigger than ever before

As a fan of the waifs for more than 15 years, and happily owning what must be a pretty complete collection, I am delighted with this latest release. It shows all 3 writers going to greater depths than before and treating their own journeys with characteristic gravity, humour and lilt. The title track is a gorgeous tune... but you're missing out if you don't download the whole album - it will seem refreshing and familiar and leave you inspired for more. Americana folk, blues, story songs ring with authenticity; good singers, good musicians, great songs. You will love this CD!

From there, the group released a cassette of original material but decided to head for Melbourne, the mecca of Australian music. A loyal following and hectic touring pace resulted...
