11 Songs, 45 Minutes

EDITORS’ NOTES

The first album from The Neighbourhood, I Love You., is moody, slyly ambitious, instantly gripping, and full of forward momentum. This patchwork of pop, R&B, rock, and hip-hop dares you to imagine what Justin Timberlake might sound like fronting a latter-day Depeche Mode (“Let It Go”), or how trip-hop could have evolved in the 21st century (“Female Robbery”) confidently fusing elements echoing art rock and downtempo hip-hop.

Parental Advisory: Explicit Lyrics.

ILY

The Neighbourhood is one of those new and upcoming bands, but I feel that there is something different about them that separates their sound from the others. Their vocalist has a range and vocal ability that shows throughout the album and the rest of the band adds to the whole experience. This is why I Love You, the Neighbourhood.

So Refreshing!!

I love how original and refreshing this album is. Epic album made by a group of super talented young men. It's pretty mind blowing. Not a dull song on this album. Definitely buy this album and tell all your friends about The Neighbourhood.
