Whats the deal here?

Is this an authentic LP released during AF contract with Columbia, something released to compete with her Atlantic debut, some sort of compilation designed to appear as if from the 1960s, or what? The less I find online about this (versus the box set of all things Columbia that shares a similar title), the more I'm suspect this is a Sony faux authentic set of previously unused recordings released for the AF reissue campaign.
