Random Selection

I'm wondering whose brainchild this was. In a long career spanning a dozen CD's, live perfomances and more not even counting Rundgren's solo stuff where Utopia backed him, what sort of complex algorithm lead to the selection of these? Since you have a piece sung by 3 of the 4 singers, it is somewhat of a cross-section in that way and "Road to Utopia" and "Swing to the Right" are certainly some of the band's best musically and lyrically but the rest is pretty hard to understand why these 5 are grouped together. I would certainly evaluate them individually rather than as a mini-collection.
