This Worked KILLED Me..In a Good Way!!
I can't believe how much of a workout I got with this 30-minute album. It was my first time ever doing tabata training and Jessica was unbelievable at pushing me to the finish line. With her help I was somehow able to make it through all six rounds (with a quick two-minute break halfway through to regroup haha). She has a very friendly tone in her voice, providing a well-needed companion while at the same time never letting me get complacent. The cool down was super relaxing, really helping me lower my heartbeat through meditative exercises. I highly recommend buying the entire album in order to get that full progression. Outstanding fat burner! I can't wait to try it out again and try to make it the whole way without any additional breaks. And for only $7.99? What a deal! Thanks sooo much Jessica and Motion Traxx!!
Give Yourself a Boost!
First time I tried this I did three rounds, I was even more sweaty and worked than regular full length cardio routines. Jessica Smith is an excellent coach, she's highly motivating and will help you stay positive that you can complete as many rounds as you can. That is the beauty of this program, you work at your own top speed and only have to complete as many rounds as you feel are enough. It is a program you can grow with and modify as you see fit. You can also switch out any of the exercises with ones you might like to do instead. The music and cues are also fun and helpful factors that make this a blast! I felt amazing after this workout, strong and confident. It is a great addition to any workout routine.
The best $8 spent in iTunes
I'm 51 and have worked out pretty consistently but am fairly new to tabata training. I love Motion Traxx for how it keeps me motivated and on track with my ever-changing fitness goals (I get so bored), so I decided to give this a go. YIKES! =)
I was able to complete all 6 rounds but my form was starting to diminish by round 6. It is the best workout I love to hate! <wink-wink> This workout will kick anyone's cardio into shape no matter where you are! The cueing is perfect - it lets you stay focused. And gentlemen, even though the trainer is the ever adorable Jessica Smith . . . it is NOT cutesy. No perky, whiney chics here, Jessica is all business! The best $8 I've spent in iTunes . . .
Our gramma's had Mr. Jack LaLanne on their black & white TVs, our moms had Richard Simmons on VHS, and we, we have Deekron, the Fitness DJ on MP3 ~ now, isn't life grand?!? =)
