13 Songs, 38 Minutes

EDITORS’ NOTES

Emboldened by the success of Enema of the State, blink-182 ooze confidence on this boisterous effort. Each song is a bold, loud, and brash nod to revved-up hardcore fury ("Online Songs"), spring-loaded punk snarls ("Reckless Abandon"), or churning rock 'n' roll ("Shut Up"). Although occasional insecurities or regrets crop up, blink's lyrics generally take audacious stands. "Anthem, Pt. 2" attacks clueless adults who are ruining society for kids, while the dizzying "First Date" envisions hitting it off with a crush.

Parental Advisory: Explicit Lyrics. Mastered for iTunes

By far the best

of blink 182. I think this album was their most creative and it's just plain fun! I miss THIS blink 182...I feel like they've just slowly become boring and less and less creative. It's a shame.
