Just OK

Seems like they're trying to repeat From All Sides with some sub-par songs that are perfect for commercials and day time television dramas. I miss the old, fun,unique O.A.R.


I have loved OAR for a long, long time. Somewhere around Stories of a Stranger things started getting weird/depressing/Nickelbackish. Every time a new OAR album comes out I listen to it just because I am holding on to the possibility that they will wake up and play their old energetic, acoustic style of music. These songs aren't that bad. Some are actually ok, but none are the real OAR. Still love you guys but please make one more album the way you used to.


Have loved O.A.R. since way, way back and was hoping this album would remind me why.. It didn't. Turntables, Russell Simmons voice overs and fluffy lyrics. Seemed like at times they were just saying words that rhymed. I'm sure some of these songs will make it onto commercials and the next teen movie though. If you liked Of A Revolution.. Don't buy.
