iTunes Review

Fifteen years is several lifetimes in pop. Fortunately for Steps, their pop was never beholden to vogueish trends—they’ve consistently dealt in the unashamedly feel-good. The band’s fifth album—and first non-festive effort since 2000’s Buzz—stays true to these values. “Story of a Heart” is a magisterial Björn Ulvaeus and Benny Andersson orginal you’re amazed Steps haven’t recorded before now, “No More Tears on the Dancefloor” allows Lee and H a rare chance to shine, while “Scared of the Dark” might be a career-best single.

back to the fun.

finally something light and fun. nothing over sexual, no audio trend of the month here. it's steps, being steps. thanks for that.

Steps are back and better than ever!

AMAZING Come Back Track

Scared of the Dark is absolutely amazing--pure Steps magic straight out of the groups' glory days. I cannot wait for the full album. So pleased to see that they are making it available in the US since not all of their albums are available here. Welcome back Steps and well done!

Steps' debut single, "5-6-7-8," soon followed, falling just shy of the U.K. Top Ten and topping the charts in Belgium; a cover of Bananarama's "Last Thing on My Mind" followed in the spring...
