The Chicago native finds wonder in her jazzy conversational rap tunes. Fresh off her appearance on Chance the Rapper’s Coloring Book, Noname returns to a similar backdrop of jazzy musicality, nimble rhyming, and disarming personal insight. Though she walks through the same rainbow-tinted environs as Chance, don’t let this 24-year-old’s humble disposition disguise the maturity and musical imagination brimming from every even-keeled song.
