iTunes Review

Packed with Harrison's first six albums—plus rare bonus material—this 88-track collection showcases the visionary songwriter/guitarist’s early solo work. From the transcendent instrumentals on his 1968 solo debut, Wonderwall Music, to the haunting folk rock of 1974’s Dark Horse, The Apple Years 1968-75 is a captivating portrait of a singular creative force.

Extra texture reborn

Check out the excellent sound quality on "Extra Texture". I've been waiting for the music to be brought out, such as the Hammond B3 organ on "World Of Stone". Anyone who really digs EXTRA TEXTURE knows that the previous releases have always been compromised in regard to the sound quality. Box Set!

This is a box set of George's first 6 solo albums on Apple Records:

1) Wonderwall Music (1968)
2) Electronic Sound (1969)
3) All Things Must Pass (1970)
4) Living In The Material World (1973)
5) Dark Horse (1974)
6) Extra Texture (1975)

Remastered with bonus tracks!
