Album Review

Former professional baseball player Tim Flannery also writes and performs his own folk songs. This album incorporates his Kentucky roots while also noting his Celtic and gospel influences as well. Fans of the genre may want to check this out, and fans from his baseball years may be curious as to what he has been doing since his exit from the sport.

Customer Reviews

The Best Sounding Third Base Coach in Baseball!!!

I cannot believe no one has reviewed Tim's music! Warm, Heart-Felt. Real music from this very genuinely good man. I've had the opportunity to produced a couple of concerts with Tim & Friends; first class all the way.

Seriously, I can't stop listenting to this.

I've got to say that there are a couple of songs on here that I haven't warmed up to yet, but I seriously can't take the "repeat album" setting off my iPod (not because it's broken, but because the music is so addictive). Farther Down the Road takes the cake for me, followed closely by One More Dollar and When the Righteous Shall Come. It's the kind of music I wish I had written! Thanks Tim.

Nice music
