Album Review

The Beat Goes On serves up a solid offering of the flowing melodies and catchy riddims that make up the best dancehall tunes. Singer Devonte and DJ Tanto Metro represent one of dancehall's hottest teams. Their tasty combination of rough toasting and silky crooning lend balanced enjoyment to all of their hits. The Beat Goes On contains a good collection of well-produced hits; from the smokin' title track, to "Love Me Forever," an innovative take on the Paul Abdul smash, to "The Story," a brilliant jazz-flavored song, complete with scatting and a sizzling Dean Fraser sax solo.

CATCHY

Give It To Her is a pretty catchy song, not bad. The other tracks are pretty decent, but the majority sound exactly the same. My recommendation, just buy Give It To Her as the song only

i never heard of this album

That's what I have to say about this Sh*t.

Good Reggae!

After hearing Collest Black Brother I wanted to hear more from them and they are a unique brand of reggae music. Overall a good album full of good beats and classic reggae sounds.
