Dan Myer!

Recently found this group, and as i was looking into the websites of my favorite artists to look for tours near me, i found out that the legendary electronic artist Dany Myer, from the Destroid, Haujobb, and Architect projects is a member of this band, my appreciation for Covenant has just shot through the roof. Dan Myer is one of the most influential artists of the genre, fighting :wumpscut: in the remix wars and carving a name for himself as Haujobb. Covenant has made a great collection of music, if you like this really look into Dan Myer and Dejan Samardzic as Destroid/Haujobb/Architect. you wont regret it.

Covenant delivers yet again

Imagine David Bowie's soaring vocals shouted over lush, futuristic synthesizers as opposed to guitars. 5 stars.

Electropop elegance

The latest from electronic veterans Covenant is overall a truly seamless & slick production. The trademark cool & seductive vocals compliment their array of sharp dance beats & hypnotic hooks very naturally. Despite some harsh criticisms from longtime fans, "Modern Ruin" crosses the spectrum of mainstream club air play with great & catchy songs. Covenant are obviously a band that doesn't like to repeat themselves & while the futuristic themes still collide appropriatley with their more personal & introspective lyricism the new material is charting uncharted waters & it sounds amazing.

The band first came together as a quintet in 1988; van der Reep and Stap are the surviving founding members. Relentless and dark, their songs feature English lyrics and familiar styles, with a distinct influence from Black Sabbath...
