iTunes Review

It didn’t take long for new vocalist Denis Stoff to endear himself to Asking Alexandria’s army. His scorching scream and guttural growl tiptoe along the jagged edge of manic overdrive. The band matches his intensity, accelerating with power and speed on pit-movers “Let It Sleep,” “Circled By the Wolves,” and “Just a Slave to Rock n’ Roll.” When it’s time for a breather, Asking Alexandria unleashes “Here I Am,” which shows that Stoff can body a rigorous stadium anthem. “Send Me Home,” a weeper inspired by ruthless touring and missing loved ones, is the album’s most affecting track—an “Open Arms” for the metalcore set.

Not really interested

I used to love this band, lost interest, but iTunes really should disable ratings until the album comes out, all these die hard scene kids are putting 5 stars and the album isn't even out yet.

The real Asking Alexandria is back!

After hearing “Undivided”, “I Won’t Give In”, and above all “The Black”, I have all the proof in the world that the real Asking Alexandria is back and with a vengeance. Although Danny Worsnop was much loved and missed by some, Denis Stoff is an absolutely perfect replacement and brings a new sound & new life and power to Asking. If you didn’t love AA already, this album should catch your attention. Congratulations to the whole band for producing this wonderful new record! This band is going to take over rock ’n’ roll!

better than old AA

the old lead singer was too whiney for me but he had is moments. new guy is okay, i like him better. vocals are over produced but so is everything else in modern rock. not the best but its okay

Spanning two continents, three names, and nearly a dozen members, Asking Alexandria are a band whose short career seemed to be more about change than anything else. The brainchild of guitarist Ben Bruce, the band was originally formed in Dubai in 2003 under the name Amongst Us, which soon changed to End of Reason before eventually settling on Asking Alexandria in 2006. They cemented the name change with their self-released EP, Tomorrow.Hope.Goodbye. The following year they released their first full-length...
