Customer Reviews

The Compound has a little bit of every mood making it easy to listen to, not too repetitive and far from boring. If I was going to chose a word to describe the music I'd say refreshing. It's a new sound that I can't get enough of. This CD will quickly become a favorite in your music library. I've been trying to figure out which songs are the best but quite honestly I like them all. My personal favorites are "Where Sea Meets Sky" "Waking" and "This is for you." Also "Fireflies" "Museum" "Holding on" and "Right Through Me" are very catchy songs to be enjoyed but truly there's no way I could just get those 7 songs and feel satisfied each song in The Compound is unique and amazing. Search/ Rescue did a great job on this debut. The Compound is definitely worth every cent spent! Buy it now, you won't regret it.

A Pleasant Surprise

Search/Rescue is one of those bands that will never get the attention they deserve...because they aren't MTV garbage trying to appeal to some fad. Buy this CD and treasure it. Each song is a calming little gem. It's wonderful "daydream" music. I found this band because a former Acceptance member is in it. Some similarities between the bands are noticeable, but each band is great in its own, unique, way. Here's to hoping MTV never gets ahold of them. Personal favorites: Fireflies, Museum, 94

Sensational album

What previous bands? Search/Rescue have set the bar high with their debut full length. This has been on repeat on my iPod for the past week. Incredible production, musicianship, and thought are put into these tracks. This band is going to blow up!
