A great, if unexpected, follow-up to Further

Although written as a film score and not a 'proper' Chemical Brothers album, longtime fans will still find plenty of the duo's signature electro tones to savor. Songs like 'escape wavefold', which was first previewed in one of the movie's trailers, is found here at full length, and every bit as powerful as you might expect. While the soundtrack navigates a series of plaintive moments (culled from the movie's quieter scenes) and short sound-effect bursts, this soundtrack still boasts enough classic chemical beats to make both fans of the Brothers and fans of the movie come together. It's great to see some of the era's greatest electronic artists (Trent Reznor, Daft Punk, etc.) forging a path in film scores. With work like this on their CV, it's anyone's guess what the Chems do next.

I really love listening to this when I'm stressed or just need to relax. It's wonderful all of the way through and as I listen to it front to back again and again it even seems to become the soundtrack to my life.

And when the duo (Tom Rowlands and...
