Number Ones Delivers Most Of Kenny's Best!

A very solid representation of Kenny Rogers solo career, While Dolly is absent, the late great Dottie West is not. This is a very solid disc from when Rogers was everywhere! This is '70's and 80's country at its finest. If things are missing here, a lot of the origianals can be found elsewhere. But the 16 cuts represented here are all origianal and remastered to perfection! Enjoy them like a vintage wine.

Blast from the Past

It was great to hear Kenny's greatest hits all in one tight package. A very enjoyable CD.

Beautiful

If there is one word that describes this song-beautiful. The lyrics are so powerful. We played it at my grandma's funeral, and I have to say it was a beautiful song for the service. I love that you can use this song for multiple events-such as funerals, anniversaries, graduations, or even weddings. The vocals are nice. The music is absolutely stunning. The lyrics make me cry every time I listen to this song. This song is absolutely beautiful-a Classic.

But superstardom lay ahead for this Texan, and it arrived in the late '70s. His experience with the two previous pop groups had prepared him well: he knew the easy listening audience was out there, and he supplied...
