Best Speedbumps album yet!

As a longtime fan of The Speedbumps, I've come to expect a certain level of musicality with their albums, but this one is by far the best one to date. There is an entirely new dimension and maturation of sound in this album that wasn't there before. The experimentation with new instruments and rhythms as well as adding a female voice on the some of the tracks is fantastic. You won't be disappointed!

Breakthrough LP for Speedbumps

Having followed the Speedbumps since their first professional release in 2009, I think “The Harbors We Seek” demonstrates a maturity in Erik Urycki’s songwriting skills and the band’s ability to piece together beautiful layers of musical bliss. Recognizing many performers today focus only on producing a steady stream of singles, The Speedbumps went old-school by creating an LP that treats us to a wide variety of cuts ranging from the upbeat Breakdown (a sure hit) and Chasing You Down, to more pensive songs such as Back To The Start and Spirt Waltz. A highlight this time around was the addition of Abby Luri, whose complementary backup vocals brings out the best of Urycki’s sultry and sometimes powerful voice. Having worn out playing their first CDs, I’m happy to have a new fix of Speedbumps’ music with hopes that they continue to write, produce and share more arrangements in the years ahead.

Great Band!

I've met this band after a show and they are some great guys. Love there music! You should definitely support this band.
