Truly Inspiring

There’s moments in life where you get to hear an artist express real and honest musicality. In this album, you hear an artist express themselves like few have ever done. With this album he places himself with Mos Def, The Roots and many more that have shown true hip-hop intelligence.

Mr.Hooper's album is a breath of fresh air!

Lyrics that stray away from the monotony of modern day ignorance. Rhymes with such vision and power, for those who seek "turn up" over substance the finesse of this artist is out of your league. His lyrics personify realism within an uptight society. It is so easy to identify myself with some of his songs... By far his best work yet!!!

What you listen to rap music for...

Some rapperS feel tHey have to do what's hot at the moment. Those are the ones that you always say whatever happened to (Insert name). Mr. HoopeR (that's what they call him aT the bank) makeS music from the heArt. He's not tryiNg to appeal to a Demographic, or a region, or anything. When he makeS his music he's maKing it for whoever is feeling It. Mr. Hooper's album The Highs and Lows of a Hero for Hire is for whoever is feeliNg it and that's what makes it great. It's a complete album all the way through. There'S a lot of introspection on this which shows maybe Ballhead isn't so Crazy anymore. This is grown up rap. He's a real dude with real concerns and he puts them in raps. There's no fantasy world nonsense yet it's still entertaining. Buy it and listen.
