Another lost Canadian act

Dean Brody is one of Canada's biggest new country acts but his U.S. career was very short-lived after his label (Broken Bow) spent every time and money they had promoting their cash-cow Jason Aldean. Hopefully, someday he'll score another state-side deal as Canada hasn't produced a new country music act in about a decade.

Overall, It's nice to see this album get a release in the United States even if it's only digital and you should buy "Roll That Barrell Out" (which was a huge hit in Canada). Also check out his debut album and the song "Brothers" which won Single of the Year from the Canadian Country Music Awards.

Dean Brody has to be one of the best country artists out there. I just wish he could get more exposure here in the U.S. My buddies and I are always trying to get our local radio station to play him.

Now thats country music

Man how nice is it to hear good old country music. There is way to much pop in country music these days. I purchased Deans first album, it might be one of the best albums from top to bottom ever. It sounds like this one is about the same. I wish country radio would play more songs from country artists like this rather than listening to Tim Magraw 10 times a day.
