A Space of Her Own

In an industry filled with boundaries and categories, Ricky Byars Beckwith (Rickie B.B.) once again decides to do away with them summarily. As the wife of Michael Beckwith, a juggernaut of the New Thought movement, Rickie has successfully created a space all her own in the collective consciousness by elevating Spirit in her music without attempting to define Spirit for the listener.
The Love Project is truely a labor of love as Rickie reaches broad in her scope and diggs deep into the very roots of music itself to present an album of both texture and depth.
Rickie starts off strong with "The Love Song" a hard-hitting, bass driven song which gets strait to the point of the album: be, give and recieve love.
The following three tracks are similar in style to "The Love song", but with their own messages. Then Rickie decides to cool your ipod off a little with "15 Years" a reflective ballad-style song certain to soothe a weary soul.
In the finall four tracks, Rickie goes back to what she does best, performing live. These final four songs put a stamp on the entire project and will leave you on the floor and wanting more: more Rickie, more God and ultimately more love
