Phenomenal Soundtrack

Gorgeous, electronically-clad tracks undulate between ominous (opener 'Neon Demon') and sexy (e.g., 'Messenger Walks Among Us'). Julian Winding's edgy and pulse pounding Demon Dance and Sia's majestic closing 'Waving Goodbye' are guest highlights. After winning the Cannes Soundtrack Award, Cliff Martinez and company may just receive the Oscar nod that eluded them with 2011's Drive (also a (Refn film).

Mesmeric

Whatever you might think about the film, Martinez's score/soundtrack is stunning. The music alone brings the listener to a place that is difficult to describe; it is undeniably immersive. I am of the opinion that Refn's film would not have been successful without this gorgeous score that so beautifully elevates the director's otherwise excessive and shock-inducing style.

Whoa

There are no words to describe Demon Dance. If you can stop playing it then you are stronger than me. This entire album is a mesmerizing soundtrack.
