Are you Serious??!!

These guys are AMAZING!!!!!! I recommend you buy "That's an Irish Lullaby" and "I'm Afraid the Masquerade Is Over". You will be missing out on this great group if you don't buy!!! =]


These guys are awesome. I heard them in person years ago (even sang with them in an afterglow). While nothing compares to a live performance, this is an iTunes Plus offering (256k). I just bought it and am listening to it (thanks to a gift card from my kids). Not only is it a great recording, it is some of their best music. I highly recommend this album.

The BEST a cappella album of all time!

Acoustix sets the standard for all other a cappella groups with their rich, expanded sound, exciting performances and perfectly tuned chords. One of the few groups to actually sound better live than on a recording. These guys are amazing. If you could only own one barbershop/ a cappella album, this should be it.

Acoustix is a Dallas-based a cappella group that formed in January 1990, consisting of Jason January, Rick Middaugh, Todd Wilson, and Joel T. Rutherford. They quickly became renowned for their barbershop quartet harmonies, winning numerous competitions. They soon were incorporating various musical styles into their performances, drawing on vocal jazz, doo wop, adult contemporary, and patriotic material to attract a wider audience.
