iTunes Review

Hip-hop’s most contemplative beatmaker redefines the meaning of “soul music” with this layered and deeply hypnotic instrumental collage.

Album of the year so far. Oddisee is the best artist alive

On first listen, I immediately knew this was probably his best instrumental album to date. The direction he took was fantastic. He kept it longer than Rock Creek Park, slightly shorter than Beauty in all. Even the outro interludes were incredible. At this point I can probably put Oddisee as a top 10 producer. With Alwasta and this LP, and another coming this fall, this might be Oddisee's best year ever.

Awesome

Unconventional and Amazing in every way possible.

GREAT TUNES AND CHANGE UP

You can't please everybody all the time. People want you to do the..SOS over and over again. This guy is diverse. Simply some of the freshest instrumentals I've heard in a while. He draws from all musical spectrums. Expand your mind fellow rap listerners. You just might start liking something new..for a change! These are not the odd tapes. These tapes are gold!
