Painting With Them

As a professional house painter I can attest to the validity of the colorful quality of this EP. Stylistically it bears much resemblance to their last studio album. Crisp and finely produced it is a look into the molten core of their inspirations and unique talents. "Kinda Bonkers" breaths fresh life into the AnCo collection. This is also the highlight of the album."Peacemaker" continues the call and repeat that has seemingly become their new staple. "GoalKeeper" feels bouncy and exciting, like it could have been pulled from Merriweather. On "Jimmy Mack" we are transported back to the days of Spirits/Manatee with beautiful production and catchy musical accompaniment. In summary this album is a beautiful window into the musical minds of some of the greatest musicians of our time.
