Matt Cooper is the new keyboard Messiah

This album is great, I liked grooves on "Almost In" better. This is a different album though. Matt has the groove of the old school greats, but fuses it with new sensabilities. My favorite tracks on this album are "the Lower We Fly" & "The Higher We Fly"... actually there really isn't any song on this project I dislike at all. His Basslines are to kill for. He is by far my new favorite flavor of the millenium. He is the hip new version of Lyle Mays. His chops are so tasteful. Now that he is Incognitos new Ivory man, he hasn't done a record in YEARS!!! I hope Bluey knows what a talent he is keeping all to himself.

To Forgive but Not Forget

Haven't heard the rest of the album, but "To Forgive but Not Forget" is a masterpiece!

Simply unbelievable..

Words cannot explain the complexity and sophistication that is this music. Contemporary jazz fused with elements of hip-hop and electronica. This is certainly one of the most "jazzy" albums in Outside's repertoire', but it is also, in my opinion, the absolute best. Moodswing, To Forgive but Not Forget, and Remembrance are some of the most hauntingly beautiful soundscapes ever recorded.
