Where have you been my entire life!?

I follow Emma on Instagram. I didn't know that she sings. And man, she CAN sing. Her voice is impeccably clean, without the need of synthesizing voice fakers a lot of "singers" use nowadays. It's a return to just a beautiful voice, accompanied with basic instruments. Just beautiful. Perfect voice that can warm up your chilly Autumn mornings. Her voice reminds me of (Belle & Sebastian) Isobel Campbell, Zooey Deschanel or El Perro del Mar's Sarah Assbring. Amazing. Her album is now housed in my IPod forever. -Ardee, artsyhipster on Last.FM November 2012.

Love this album!!!! A little, Sergio and Brazil66 plus Mamas and Papas plus a dash of Peter Paul and Mary with just enough of a modern update to make it fresh. I truly feel like I am sixteen again when listening to it! Please have more in the works!

My hopes were high and more...

...and this album definitely exceeded my high hopes!

This album is amazing!!! I'm a long-time Emma Wallace fan and this album is definitely my favorite to date - which is saying something! The two covers are beautifully done and the originals are the usual Emma quality - witty, romantic, and singable, with a lovely dash of hope and optimism thrown in. The cd is vaguely between my favorites and my second favorites. I can't decide which ones I like best!! As much as I love them all, I highly advise you not to miss "You're the Only One For Me" and "That's What Hopes Are For." Then again, I also wouldn't skip "With You Doing Nothing," "I Should Know Better By Now," "Moving On," and.... okay, I just recommend you check out the whole cd. It's fantastic. You won't regret it!
