The Trews-Mind Blown

I had the two singles, What's Fair is Rair and Rise in the Wake, which are both fairly fast and edgy, so when I popped the physical CD into my player, I was not prepared. "The Trews" are full of surprises and cannot be classified as any one genre. '65 Roses' had me in tears the first time I heard it. 'In the Morning' (feat Serena Ryder) is a beautiful duet with some fabulous guitar-pickin'. 'Age of Miracles' compels you to sing along as does every song of the 11 on the disc. Goosebumps, people.

Never beat No Time for Later

That record was full of hooks and guitar, they have never really been better than that. This is quality music, but it’s ultimately just pretty good
