Another Masterpiece!

The wizard strikes again!! Beautiful songs the touch the heart and soul. A must have!

Amazing Pieces of Music

I can’t say I am a DT fan (just not my cup of tea) but I’ve always loved virtuosic piano music and Jordan Rudess is certainly at the pinnacle of contemporary piano playing. It’s certainly not easy to take simple pop-rock tunes and interpret them in a way that’s awe-inspiring, creative, sensitive, and emotionally touching at the same time but Jordan pulls it all off and then some.

Jordan's mind-boggling technique and transcendental musicianship never overwhelms the content and the spirit of the music. The chord voicings are as impressive as the breathtaking embellishments and rolls while the use of space and dynamics keep the listener engaged throughout each tune.

This is a great album for any music fan. You don’t have to be an experienced musician to thoroughly enjoy this music. One of the best albums of 2015 as far as I’m concerned and I highly recommend it to anyone who simply love beautiful music and be inspired by it.

Miniature Masterpieces

Throughout this album, Rudess manages in each case to balance his sheer virtuosity with the intimate and simple character of these melodies. These are the songs that made music what it is today--these songs are the "unforgotten path" of music. Rudess adds his blistering fills and gorgeous cascades of sound; but the heart and passionate soul of each song rings out intact.
