Perfect album

Many Prince fans do not agree, but this is an awesome album. Other than Round and Round, which is simply OK, the album is GENIUS! That's why you have to buy the whole album to get it, because they want you to have this awesome album. Get it and be totally satisfied.

I've been looking for this album for a while on Itunes. This must be a pretty recent addition. It's a pretty good album. All the songs were written by Prince and the entire album could have been sung by Prince. But, on this one, he chose to give some of the songs to some of his friends. The highlights among them are The Time on the song "Shake" and Tevin Cambell's "Round and Round". Of Prince's joints the highlights are, Joy of Repetition, Thieves in the Temple & Graffiti Bridge. By the way, this was the soundtrack to his third movie. As with Purple Rain, the movie is supposed to be VERY losely based on his life. With the exception of the songs in the movie, it is really quite bad. Though the soundtrack really makes up for the low quality of the movie.

I'ts Still Prince

The Question of you and Joy in repetition makes this album worthy to be a Prince album.

Not only did he release a series of groundbreaking albums; he toured frequently, produced albums, and wrote songs for many other artists, and recorded hundreds of songs that still lie unreleased in his vaults. With each album he released, Prince showed remarkable stylistic growth...
