Great Guitar Work

If you are into great acoustic guitar work this album is for you. Pete Huttlinger has been one of my favorite players for a number of years and this album showcases his incredible talent and sense of melody. This album is more upbeat and ensemble oriented than his last couple of albums, but there are 3 or 4 solo guitar tracks and the acoustic is up front in all of the tracks. The stand out tracks are Things Are Looking Up, A Ride in the Country, Get a Klugh, The 25th Day, The Small Stuff and A Felicidade. My personal favorite is A Very Small Room. a beautiful melody, great arangement and good, solid guitar work. This is also a great album for driving. The music seems to fit the changing landscape. Good stuff.

Pete and John Oates in Jvl, Wis.

Just got back from the show w/ Pete and John Oates at the JPAC, my God, this man is super talented!! Loved hearing him w/ John Oates, Sunday 9/30/12. It was fantastic, John did some great old and new stuff, backed up from Pete, who did some surprising guitar work, I mean really unbelievable!! Get to this show, it's great!!

Wonderful album

Superb in every way. Love all these tracks. Great guitar player.
