New York Hardcore at it's Finest

I had the pleasure of seeing these guys perform live in 1996 so when I saw their original 7" vinyl had been reissued with a bunch of bonus material, I bought it with the quickness. Awesome song structure and lyrics with creative melodic breaks, all while retaining the raw intensity synonymous with the New York hardcore genre. The live material and demo tracks sound remarkably clean and powerful. You can tell great care was taken compiling all the tracks. Great packaging too! All killer, no filler! I can't recommend this CD enough! NYHC Lives!!

This might be the best money you'll spend all day today. Purchase with haste.

I remember when these guys were called Close Call. I listened to the 1991 Demo so many times my tape wore out (it was the early 90's). Been waiting for this ever since. If any band needs to make a comeback, its these guys. Thought-provoking lyrics, head crushing breakdowns, sing along vocals (not the woh woh kind, but the in your face kind.) Just knowing these songs can improve your street cred and you will instantly feel tougher. These songs never get old, you'll play them until your iPod battery dies and your computer becomes obsolete.

Old school NYHC

Slam, pit do what you do. This is the real deal right here. If you like NYHC buy it.
