These Aussies Rock!

If you love Modern Rock , get everything these guys have put out. I cannot understand why they haven't had a big American Debut yet. These guys don't sound like anything else on the radio. Get the 6 song EP and get the Imago cd as well.Every song is unique, lyrics, melody and it all rocks. The back beats and the guitar work are definitely hard and relentless, but the vocals are silky smooth and full of emotive dynamics.I challenge you to find a better Prog-rock band than The Butterfly Effect. These Aussies should be all over FM radio here in the States.Demand it! They sound much tighter than that retread Nickle***** we keep getting force fed on boring Un-Clear Radio.Vote for TBE!

Finally, a unique sounding rock band!

I really like the sound of TBE. It's a shame that I'm unable to download songs like "Perception Twin", which is only available in Australian iTunes Store. There is also the album "Conversations of Kings" that has many great sounding songs, but once again only available on the Aussie site. I highly recommend "Imago" though. Hopefully more songs will become available over time!

TBE Hard Rockers

Impressive! I found this band while looking for new music and I can't stop listening to them! As another reviewer has already said, they have SUCH a unique sound! They need to be on the radio here in the States! Amazing album with standout tracks such as "A Slow Descent", "In a Memory", "Gone", and "Reach". My two favorite are Reach, and In A Memory. Give them a chance. Give it a listen. You won't be disappointed!

By year's end the group issued its self-titled debut EP, which quickly entered steady rotation on the influential Aussie radio outlet Triple J and eventually sold in excess of 10,000 copies, thanks also to the Butterfly Effect's relentless tour schedule. After scoring a mainstream hit single with "Crave," the band began work on its...
