I want more Sergei!

You can never go wrong with an album by Sergei. His playing is virtuosity at it's finest. I am very upset that this is the only album of Sergei that is on iTunes though. iTunes, we want more Sergei! What about putting up "With Love From Moscow" or "No Limits"? This is one of the best trumpet players in the world, how can you not have more of his music on here?

In regards to this album: the playing is definetly unique to Sergei. I'm glad to have a wonderful version of the entire Tomasi trumpet concerto on iTunes. His version of the Hummel is not my favorite; I think it is much too aggressive. Alison Balsom definetly provides more lyrical versions of the Hummel and the Haydn concertos. However, if you don't buy this entire album, please buy it for the first 4 tracks. The Jolivet and the Tomasi are definetly outstanding. And it's always good to hear different versions of major concertos, even if you don't agree with how they are played.

Sergei is a world class trumpet player, and he definitely shows it in this album. I'm disappointed that iTunes only has one of his albums available. I'd LOVE to hear more from his album "with love from Moscow" in which he plays the arutunian. Sergei is such a great player, and his music should be made available through iTunes.
