Great but overlooked

This was an incredibly well written and honest worship record. All music made by Christians should have this level of melody.

This is truly music for the soul... NOT JUST FOR CHRISTIANS! Just found the cassette and now I have it on iTunes... awesome!

A perfect polished pop LP.

Come join the living world is such a good pop LP that it should not categorized as Christian gospel music. It transcends being pigeonholed that way. I am introduced this music to many nonbelievers and they all loved it. Maybe this is the kind of witness Christian music should be! I've not heard any other Christian LP this good since U2's Joshua Tree or Jars of Clay's first LP. Listen to this album with headphones and be blown away!

Brent Bourgeois began performing on piano in Dallas clubs when he was only 13. He moved to California five years later with friend Larry Tagg and in 1984 formed the pop band Bourgeois Tagg with drummer Rick Walker and guitarist Lyle Workman. The group released a self-titled album in 1986 and Yoyo in 1987 (produced by Todd Rundgren).
