13 Songs, 49 Minutes

EDITORS’ NOTES

Britney Spears’ sweat-soaked fourth album celebrates her fully grown status, with Madonna (teasing Brit on the sultry “Me Against the Music”) and the Ying Yang Twins (coaxing her crunk side on “(I Got That) Boom Boom”) partying in the VIP section. The slinky “Toxic” time-warps Bond strings and Bollywood glitz far into the future; that same high-tech touch gives "Showdown" and "Breathe on Me" their alien sense of funk. Spears' spellbinding performance on the crystalline, haunting “Everytime,” meanwhile, shows off her hard-won maturity.

beautiful

this album is spears most personal album, it's sensual, personal, alluring, and undeniably sexy. she raises the bar for dance/pop and out shines all her industry peers. has co-wrote more of this album, and her signature funk-pop is back and bolder than ever with outrageous, and showdown. breathe on me and touch of my hand are the stand out tracks, and britney's voice compliments all of the trance/club arrangements. this album spawned some of her best single including toxic and everytime. the only album to win her a grammy (best dance track- toxic) this is truly her best, most auto-biographical album to date.

her best album to date

this is her best album (blackout is the second best album). with the catchy first single me against the music and danceable songs like the hook up, toxic, (i got that) boom boom and outrageous. and the very sexually suggestive song like touch of my hand and breathe one me. and one her best ballad songs ,showing that she really has talent in songs, like everytime and shadow. and the club friendly beats of the songs brave new girl, showdown, and early mornin'.
i mean who doesn't love this album???
