A Nice Addition to "Unearthed"

Spencerian,

While E.S. Posthumus' "Unearthed" (also on iTunes) has more orchestral body for motion pictures and has longer tracks, Mr. Muzzey's work is worthy to your power choral collection. You'll hear "The Fall of Rome," appropriately, in the Discovery Channel documentary on the fall of Rome called "The Dark Ages" (it's the first thing you hear as it starts). I appreciate "Heaven and Hell" too, although "Anthem" is simply an contrivance of other war hero "drum march" themes, although nothing on this album is poor. It's worth adding. Along with Posthumus and some Muzzey, may I recommend two tracks from the "Matrix" soundtracks for power-choral: "Navras" and the Navras-derived "Neodammerung," which uses Hindi/Sanskrit chorals to equal effect as the "Demon-back-to-Hades!" power of Latin choral.

Great Composer and Great Album!

jont22,

At first I wasn't sure what to make of it. I didn't know what I could do with it and I never heard of Kerry Mussy. However when I listened to Palladio and 1492. I could not stop listening to this album. I first only bought about have of the album, but after like two days I had to buy the rest. He is one of the best new composers of our time. Excellent for relaxing to after a hard day at work or school. I think after I finish writing this I am going to listen to the album again. All the songs are excellent and really let you connect with the songs. I give this 5 stars out of 5
