Best of 3

So it looks like there were 3 Diplomat releases this week...JR Writer, Hell Rell, and 40 Cal. This is the best one. It's far from great and far from the Roc-a-Fella Diplomats that released Diplomatic Immunity 1, then again maybe I'm just tired of this style. Anway, songs like "Blackout" sample nicely and "Rain Drops" is more of a good cover in classic Diplomatic style. Other songs are alright, and standouts are "Y'all Know" and "Keep On Movin'."
