Huh?

Why do we have a review of an album of Max Steiner with an album of Bernard Herman? Am I missing something, or is this just an ITunes glitch?

The Greatest Film Scorer of All Time!

But iTunes has dropped the ball BIG this time. I've seen so many reviews misplaced before. This one takes the cake. Perhaps the excuse is that someone went to the '06 Octoberfest, hit the Maximum # of Stein(er)s and then tried to do their job. I have little faith in problems like this being corrected.......And now....on to the real review: 1st, the City of Prague P. O. is the real deal. Don't worry about their take on the master's charts. 2nd, one of the best scores by ANYONE is 'On Dangerous Ground'. Do you like 'Twisted Nerve' (of Kill Bill fame)? Now do '51's 'The Day the Earth Stood Still'. THEN you might just HAVE to surrender a final $18 to get the longest (here) & greatest of them all! The other 20 'movies'? A big +BONUS+ that you'll soon be mesmerized by as well. Lastly, be sure you Google Bernard Herrmann!!

Double "HUH?"

I agree with the reviewer who asked why a review of Bernie Hermann when you do a search for Max Steiner on Itunes. I did not find ANYTHING except Gone With the Wind, the Tara theme. This is a crime. This album of the brilliant Bernie Hermann, however, is awesome. I bought bits and pieces as I am not crazy about some of the pieces represented. Anyway, here is another question. WHY is the album of "The Ghost and Mrs. Muir" not able to be purchased in the U.S.? This was Hermann at his romantic best, you can almost feel the waves in his music. I bought the pieces here, but the entire album should be available. It is great.
