Customer Reviews

Anemic artists, toxic mixes.

I used to love this series. Admittedly, I am biased against dub step in dance mixes and electronica for the most part-- in my opinion, if crystal meth addiction had a sound, it would be dub step. Dance mixes should have smooth rhythms that are, well, danceable, or at the very least not chaotic and jarring like some of the train-wreck dub step drop-ins. The artists (with some exceptions) are not interesting, and the mixes are even less so. If you have money to burn, and want a track or two, then pick this up and pull your selected tracks from it. There are a couple of them (I won't name them, since that would be pushing subjectivity too far) that are ok, but no stellar, foot-curling mixes like in the earlier editions of this series. I'd highly recommend past mixes by Van Buren, Paul Van Dyk, Tiesto, and others that are similar.

One of the better dance compilations

I really like the lineup of songs on this offering. Solid collection of tunes.

WELL then

most of these songs are the generic face put on the EDM genre....they're just so boring and some too pop-esk...even for beginners to EDM...this is far beyond generic
