15 Songs, 1 Hour 9 Minutes

EDITORS’ NOTES

The spine-tingling magic of Lana Del Rey’s Ultraviolence lies in the album’s striking, sudden contrasts—moments, as on “West Coast,” when Del Rey’s cool detachment wells up into a wail of emotional anguish. Musing on dark themes—the corruption of power, money, and, of course, violence—Del Rey offers a hypnotic set of darkly tempered songs.

Parental Advisory: Explicit Lyrics. Mastered for iTunes

This album gonna blow our minds! Shades of Cool is pure art, and well, West Coast is a masterpiece. Born to Die was one of the best albums of 2012, Ultraviolence WILL be one of the best albums of 2014, I'm sure.

WELL DESERVED

She DESERVES HER FAME!! She went from singing in bars in open-mike nights with a then unknown gaga, to being left to find her own way when gaga became famous to having her first record (AKA Lana Del Ray) having poor sales and her unfortunate SNL performance cause her to practically be chased out of America! Ultraviolence sounds EPIC and I already regard it as one of the best albums of 2014-forever.!!! Oh theres also a rumor "Florida Kilos" is a re-recorded version of her very first single "Kill Kill" :D
