Editors’ Notes

This release is technically the first of three EPs, featuring seven studio cuts and two live acoustic tracks appended to the end. It’s been five years since Jo Dee Messina's last studio album Delicious Surprise. Her career has been a series of stops and starts but artistically she represents an unshakeable Nashville grandiosity that incorporates the brawn of a hard-rock production with the sweetness of country music at its most touching. “Hard Life” and “Always Have, Always Will” are upbeat country-rockers where Messina’s voice is thickened for the choruses and the band is big and flawless. She slows things down for the title track where her voice is given the most range to tackle the keyboards and guitars that build towards the climatic chorus. “Welcome to the Rest of My Life” is an inspirational anthem. “Treat Me Like a Woman Today” adds a swashbuckling sprint to its step. “Think About Us” reflects on love past but not forgotten. The acoustic tracks are stripped down to allow Messina’s voice to soar to diva heights.

She's Back.....With a Punch!!

Finally one of the princess's of country music is back on the country scene after a long hiatus. As a long time Jo Dee Messina fan i was not dissapointed with part one of the trilogy titled Unmistakable:Love this album is packed with powerhouse vocals displayed on Unmistakable, Welcome to the Rest of My Life, I'm Home, and her acoustic versions of her previous hits Because You Love Me and Stand Beside Me. Meanwhile Treat Me Like a Woman Today is a fun up beat women anthem for the summer! I can't wait to see more of Jo Dee in the coming months and i'm so excited for her tour later this year, she is fantastic! Well worth the $7.99 for each part, buy it right now! This is a comeback you won't want to miss out on!

It's About Time

It's so great to see some new material from Jo Dee released (finally). This album is really great and ranks among her best work. "Hard Life", "Think About Us", "Welcome To The Rest Of My Life" and the title track are all radio friendly, potential hit singles if Curb would only release them as such. This is the first of a trilogy of discs to be released this year. After hearing Unmistakable: Love, I can't wait for the relase of Unmistakable: Drive and Unmistakable: Inspiration. Buy this, you'll be happy to get reaquainted with Jo Dee Messina.

Jo Dee Does It Again!

Jo Dee Messina comes out with another amazing album. It took years due to her record label, however, it was well worth the wait! A great record everyone country fan must own!

Part of country music's late-'90s crop of female crossover stars, Jo Dee Messina's appeal nonetheless remained more with country fans than pop audiences.
