Oh, for the love of Pete...

When are iTunes and all these fly-by-night places going to realize that we do not want these half-baked, underwhelming and ridiculous-sounding re-recordings of an artist's greatest hits? Seriously. Because I think David Houston has a most unique voice in country music, and there's absolutely no place on iTunes's Music Store where the original recordings of his hits can be found. You can find a lot of David Houston here, but just about none of it are the original recordings by the artist. It's frustrating. And in case my point hasn't been made already, these are lousy re-recordings. Enough already with the homemade, low-quality retreads.
