Customer Reviews

One of the best albums of 2010!

Hip hop lyricism at its best! Wordsmith demonstrates what used to be good about the rap albums you bought - 20 tracks, none of which are throwaways. It's refreshing to have an album that I can bump in the club or in the car with younger kids and not worry about an incessant flurry of cuss words. Wordsmith is definitely one of the top undeground emcees and he's constantly bringing out music so I'm glad to finally get a lot of his material put together here that was previously unavailable. I definitely recommend you pick this up. One of the best albums of 2010. I'm hoping this kind of album brings hip hop back to a more conscious and higher level and away from all the bubble gum jingles and anthem rap that's flooded the airwaves today. Wordsmith treats you like an intelligent human being!
