another nifty collection

Any serious XTC fan should own all of the fuzzy warbles releases-key word : "serious". If youre not familiar with Andy and his group XTC, then check out the marvelous studio albums. If your'e like me, however, and already own all of "them"-this stuff is like hidden treasure. Lots of glimpses into Mr. Partridge's beautiful psychedelic pop writing as well as some off the wall stuff like "Ejac In a Box", which sounds like it could have come right from the brain of Captain Beefheart (or should that be from the right brain of the Captain...?) Anyway, a must for the XTC completist.

Another excellent release

Volume 7 of the series has a number of catchy "should've been singles" included, such as "Sonic Boom," demos of various XTC tracks, and even a shiny psychedelic nugget in "Open a Can (of Human Beans)," a Dukes of the Stratosphear single from a U.K. benefit CD. Thank you, Mr. Partridge, for inviting us into your shed and sharing your music and remembrances!
