Hot Song! "Wadsyaname, Wadsyasign" _ Great Song!
Okay, some people are saying that this song isn't strong enough to be a 'comeback' single.... hello, Nelly, really has been gone for that long and i don't believe he needs to prove him self worth, b/c even tho he's been out about 2 years, nothing significant has come out in the rap section of the music industry, Nelly's "Wadsyaname" is like most of Nelly's songs, laid back, summertime, that will get love from both Top 40, and Mainstream Urban stations which is all that is needed to be a hit..... I'm expecting that it'll land somewhere in the Billboards Top 20... And, sampling "All My Life" by Kci and Jojo, was another smart move, the beat to this song brings you back to the good ol 90's.... Nelly good luck 2 you and your Brass Knuckles cd.. and good luck 2 Ashanti as well, but she needs a new single.. put her on a remix, or something, i kinda miss her! lastly, Buy, Wadsyaname, you know it's simple, smooth hip-hop, that's easily worth freakin $.99...lol
Nelly's comeback track, it is a more RnB styled track. Based on his last album(s), Sweat and Suit, you see that there is a sing songy rap with Suit and a more party club rap with Sweat. This track is more like a track that would be on Suit, from Neff-U's piano, clap and string production to Nelly's light rapping. It is a nice single, should have success, the hook wasn't bad, as Nelly brings a little party vibe towards the end, nice track. This is off of his upcoming album, Brass Knuckles set for release October 16. His other single is "Cut It Out" with Pimp C (of UGK) and Sean P (of YoungBloodz).
NELLY IS BACK AND HE IS HERE TO STAY!!!
This is what i have been waiting to for. I just knew he would come back out with a smash hit. Most people think that this is not a song that you can make it to the top, but this is nelly we are talking about. Yes it has been a long time, but just wait until the album come. Now that is going to be crazy. Nelly always has something up his sleeve.!!!!
