Original, Powerful, and Vital to the genre

In a day and age when rock is growing more and more generic because mainstream audiences don't appreciate daring approaches to their favorite genres, Mercy Fall breaks the mold in several respects. Their vocal work is brilliant, mixing fury and anger (Insurmountable, I Got Life) with touching, low-key emotions (No More Silence, Everything Falls) and delivering it with screams and notes. The instrumental work is ingenious, because it rarely follows the basic "riff-riff-riff-solo-riff" formula, choosing instead to melt all the sounds together, along the lines of Tool, or Hurt. Bottom line, the rock genre needs bands like Mercy Fall, because being awesome isn't about sounding like somebody else who's awesome. Buy This Album

simply great! I REALLY recommened though, "Insurmountable", "Hangman", and "No More Silence"

What else can I say? This album is simply amazing!! When i first bought it, I wasn't really all that impressed. There were a few songs that I really liked. After playing it a couple of times; I must admit it gets better and better. Excellent lead guitar, vocals are amazing on every song! Not one filler to be found anywhere on this album. Buy this cd, you will thank yourself for taking the "Mercy Fall!" Can't miss! Thank you for putting together a quality music cd!!
